This is a real world scale of the intercom you see and use in the game. I based the scale off the screws/rivets being 1/4" round. the size comes out to be 5.6" length, 2" width, height 6.8". And is printable to full scale on a Replicator.
Going to be adding files so you can print off in pieces to make a functional one.
I removed the rivets/screws and left guide holes to mount the face plate.
For the push button I have sized the hole to use this one, which mimics the in game pretty well.

The case I hollowed out, added built in stand offs with 12mm deep holes that will help align the face plate to the case.
Any suggestions on improvements would be great.
