[V2 UPDATE 1/25/2020]
I decided to redraw this from scratch to correct the following: The studs should be wider, separating the stud section and the cap section into two parts that can be printed at the best orientation for each. Also, since a brim is required, I designed a "fence" around the cap that ensures the brim only contacts the rear of the cap and the fence. While there is a small risk of warping the cap's corners like this, eliminating brim scars from the front of the cap was a priority. Ensure you get your bed adhesion sorted out and it should be fine.
The Cap should be printed oriented on its side with support in the hollow section. This support is easy to remove and in an area that is out of view.
The mating part should be printed with the studs pointing up.
Both items should be printed with a brim in a rigid material like PLA or PLA plus.
I started from the nanokontrol2 fader Cap uploaded by xantharian and I made a couple of simple changes.
After cleaning the brim, the parts press fit into each other rather tightly and glue should not be necessary, although it is an option for those who might find it helps.
Thanks to these changes I was able to print the red example shown here in Cura using SUNLU PLA+ and to my eyes it looks amazing.
[ORIGINAL TEXT]
Be reassured, these fader caps work interchangeably on either version of the korg nanokontrol (1 or 2)
