The war is over and football carries on but Redbridge Rovers are really struggling. The devastating bomb damage has reduced Factory Road's capacity to less than 6000 and average attendances drop below 1500. The club fights for its survival, but there is little or no money available to pay player's wages or repair the damage to the ground. A recent match against Port Vale sees Rovers beaten 12-0, their biggest ever defeat.
