This is my version of the face shield everybody is using in the hospitals right now.
While it is inspired by many face shield supports seen online, this is light weight, rigid and it can be printed in less than 1 hour if you follow the instructions:
1) Print with 0.4 nozzle - it's optimized for 0.4mm
2) Print with 3 Outline/Perimeter Shells
3) Print with 0.3mm layer
4) Print with 0% infill
5) Print with 70mm/sec speed
6) Use 0 bottom layers and 0 top layers
It is flexible as much it should be but still rigid for the given purpose, no harm on the forehead because of the 20mm band
Later today I will post the dxf file for the shield itself (I'm using 0.4mm Durofol foil for thermoforming, but you can use it for 0.5PET also)
