I just finished a model of adjustable visor protection not using elastic.
A knob at the rear allows you to tighten the whole set with enough force to hold the visor well, you can even run with it!!
The assembly can be done completely without screws, however I have nevertheless provided a small screw to hold the knob, but it holds well without.
Certainly it is a model that requires a little more printing time but not much more, the straps are very fine, I use a hair dryer to bend them more easily, same to crimp the A4 plastic sheet
I print all part in lees than 3 hours with layers at 0.3mm but you need print de 'molette' part with 0.2 layer max for to done it correctly
