After printing the Mini fabrikator z-axis wobble fix (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1493285) I discovered that it didn't fit the Fab-Mini version 1.5 which I had so decided to whip up a customizer version to adapt to what ever size someone needs, The default sizes are the ones which used for my Fab-Mini version 1.5 and the seem to work. Worth note, this is just not a "plug" with a hole. The structure is designed to have to [two] center pinch points to minimize contact with the rod and reduce the potential of friction. Second the tapered plug design which creates a pressure fit with out adding glue. Also included is a scaling factor for the material use 0.1 for ABS and 0.2 for PLA and please note this is based upon my experience. Setting are as follows:
Diameter of top retainer (mm)
Top_Retainer_Dia = 15; Range: [12:1:20]
Changes the shape of the top
Top_Retainer_Thinkness = 3; Range: [3:1:10]
Thinkness of top retainer (mm)
Top_Retainer_Shape = 8; Range: [4:1:100]
Diameter of Z Axis opening (mm)
Z_Axis_Hole_Dia = 11; Range: [5:1:20]
Thickness of Z Axis opening (mm)
Z_Axis_Hole_Thicknes = 5; Range: [2:0.5:10]
Z Axis rod diameter (mm)
Z_Axis_Rod_Dia = 3.4; Range: [3.0:0.1:5.0]
Pinch factor rod diameter (0.1 mm)
Pinch_Factor = 0.2; Range: [0.1:0.1:1]
Scale Factor typically 0.1 ABS 0.2 PLA
Scale_Factor = 0.2; Range: [0.1:0.1:0.4]
