F16 FLIGHT CONTROL Panel

With the FLIGHT CONTROL PANEL (FCP) you can use the functions of the flight controls system (FLCS) or flight control computer (FLCC). The Side Stick Controller is also part of this system. If the FLCS is damaged, you can manually access the flaps by using this panel.
