F16 ECM Panel

The Electronic Countermeasures Stowage Panel or ECM Panel is used to activate and set the Countermeasures in the jet. This can be achieved only, if an ECM Device (AN/ALQ-131, f.e.) is mounted on one of the external wing pods. When the ECM (also called Jammer) is active, an indicator light (ECM) is lit on the Misc Panel. More precise information about the ECM is not available at the moment, as most of it it's still CLASSIFIED. This panel is located on the left console.
