F1 in Schools Tether Line Roller by Digi-Kitsamus

This item is designed to enable equal tension to be applied to the tether line for the F1 in Schools Technology Challenge.
Simply remove the tether line bolt from the end of the track and re-insert the bolt through this assembly after placing it on the end of the track.
Fit equal weight to the end of the tether line and this roller will ensure the tension is equal.
