A Result of the Leisis Crisis
Bearing for a device to drill lenthwise holes through pool noodles for use in Jugger Pompfen.
Take a thin walled metal pipe and sharpen one end of it. Copper is easy to get. Steel is better). Print this bearing block to fit the Pipe, that you have chosen.
Cut a lengthwise slit into a 75 mm diameter PVC (or similar) pipe and clap the bearing block and the pool noodle in the slit pipe. Put the metal pipe into an electric drill (Make an adapter, if it does not fit). Cut the hole into the pool noodle by steadly rotating the pipe with the drill and slowly plunging it through the bearing into the pool noodle.
