This is a Cylon helmet or mask (BattleStar Galactic, original series) to be used on a standard JD robot head from EZ-Robot, http://www.ez-robot.com
The slots on the front allow the LED eyes of JD to shine though as well as allow the camera to view out.
It should be printed in 2 parted. I used Velcro to mount the two parts to make it easy to attach and remove. I also used a piece of double sided tape over the top back half of JD's head to keep the helmet in place.
Alternatively you could print only the front part and drill holes in the side to make this a mask rather than a full helmet.
