This is a cam mount (runcam micro sized) with integrated antenna holders (which also act as a bit of protection for the camera), as well as an XT30 mount that doubles as a surface to mount a LED strip and/or buzzer to.
Print in TPU/TPE/Ninjaflex. Should need no supports, but you may have to push a drill bit in and out of the antenna tubes a few times to open them up. Antennas can just be pushed in, or fixated with a bit of tape or glue after sliding in.
The camera is slightly high on purpose, with the space below it large enough to install a HMDVR-S micro DVR (with case removed) for onboard recording of the camera signal. It may also fit various micro VTX.
For the XT30 mount, add a bit of hotglue or similar over the exposed contacts. Some superglue will keep the connector from sliding out. Use an M3 screw and nut, and preferably a washer, to hold the XT30 mount onto the rear of the copter.
This frame is an overall very tight fit, but makes up for it in size (112mm for 3" props) and weight (Easy to stay <250g even on 4S).
