I have an E3D hotend V6 mounted on my K8200 with this mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:349095
and when I was rebuilding the printer with the printed upgrades for central Z-axis, i noticed my nozzle is still +-20mm away from the bed when its as low as the side flanges wil let it go.
So it was either up with the bed or down with the extruder, I think a simple spacer and 2x30mm screws fixes this problem.
The original hotend is longer then the e3d so i created a spacer block to put between the extruder and the arm profile. Lowering the head by 22mm.
