"Evolution 1" Cooling System for Black Widow Volcano Edition by admodesi

Note: this design is experimental and untested, so print at your risk. If you do print, be the first to report any success or failures.
This is the Beta "Volcano Edition" of this duct: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2251893
Users at this stage must cut a hole through the center of the nozzle in the right size and location and not leave a gap greater than 0.5mm around the heater block.
This part cooling duct may not be compatible with other heat-break duct/BLTouch mounts, so best to print the attached version if your existing mount does not work. A BLTouch spacer design is included and must used between the BLTouch and mount.
Note: this print head obscures the view of the nozzle, so the first layers of prints less than about 80mm wide will not be visible. If you are having first layer issues then better off printing my fork version first.
BLTouch offsets:
X - 32mm
Y - 32mm
This system consists of five parts including the two optional fan guards.
