HELLO KITTY JET EIGHT 'Gudetama Comfort Flight' Special Livery A321. Eva Air started collaborating with Sanrio in 2005 when the two rolled out the first two 'Hello Kitty Jet' on 2 Airbus A330-200. In 2011 the two introduced a new series of Hello Kitty Jets, first on 3 new A330-300, then 2 A330-200, and later on 2 Boeing 777-300ERs. In 2016, EVA Air and Sanrio decided to shift the focus of their special liveries to other characters from the Sanrio family. All painted jets, besides the two 777-300ER, will be repainted or retired. New special livery jets, such as this Gudetama plane, UNI Air Bad Badtz-Maru ATR-72, and the latest EVA Air Bad Badtz-Maru 'Travel Fun' A330-300, will become the new face of the EVA Air Hello Kitty series.
