Eurowings, founded 1 February 1990, is the low-cost subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group operating from Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Munich Airport, Nuremberg, Palma de Mallorca, Pristina, Salzburg, Stuttgart and Vienna. It merged with Germanwings in 2015. They currently operate 45 Airbus A320-214s of which 23 are equipped with sharklets and 5 Airbus A320-216s.
