This is a standard template for the European cabinet hinges. The top side has all the marking the one may need.
The distances from the edge to the bore hole center are: 22mm; 27.5mm; 37mm; 57mm. The distance between the inner part bore hole centers is 32mm. The distance between the door part bore hole centers is 48mm.
The "v2" variant is the modified model (a user-friendly one) with a 16mm spacer to lay out a cabinet and a door simultaneously (idea got from xmass's "cabinet door hinge template (jig)", https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2641809).
