After breaking the chain guide part of my e*thirteen xcx series seat-tube mounted chain guide, decided to design and print a replacement out of PETG. With a high print temp and good layer adhesion, the part is just fine for use and keeps the chain on the chainring. Or you can shell out $21 on amazon or elsewhere for a part that will eventually break again. They use polycarbonate, so actually if your comfortable printing PC, or PCPETG, you could print yourself a very strong part, especially if you are thoughtful about how you orient it on the bed and which direction the stresses on this part may happen. Also, annealing in an oven will significantly strengthen the part.
Anyways, to mount it, make sure travel back in time to when you broke the chain guide and retain the mounting bolt so you can simply use that to mount your new one. Otherwise it's an M5 x 15mm or so length bolt you'll need to source.
