ESP8266 NodeMcu Amica - bigger case by baze

Original "NodeMcu Amica V2 case" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2349492) was really good but was lacking following features that I needed:
1) Integrated buttons for Reset / Flash
2) Bottom part is bigger (more room for wires and connectors).
3) Screw ears added for easy installation.
4) Easily breakable inlet for cables.
5) Small went holes also to "Top" of the case.
6) USB hole widened to accommodate bigger micro USB-plugs

Widened integrated button gaps. (Even if your printer is overextruding first layers, buttons now still work.)

Integrated buttons added.
Increased the size of bottom even more.

Widened USB-port.
Improved breakable inlets for easier removal.
Moved usb-port up (~0.5mm) as it didn't seem to perfectly match the Amica-boards.
