This is an ESP32 DevKit V1 case that's a bit of a different design than the previous. This one is a small box with a snap-on lid which exposes the USB port and LEDs, and leaves little buttons on the lid so you can depress the on-board buttons with the lid closed.
Unlike the previous design, the pins are totally self-contained, though there are slits at the bottom so wires can be connected to the pins even when the box is closed - yet the pins are not casually exposed.
It has been printed on a Prusa MK3S in PLA easily with no supports.
Lower-profile design with pins exposed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4121349
