This has been tested on the generic red wrapped 30A SimonK ESCs that are available on eBay. It may work for others but it will have to be an ATMEGA chip without an external oscillator and will have to have the same programming pad layout.
This ESC programmer will require 6 P75 J1 pogo pins of 1.02mm diameter (http://www.ebay.com/itm/131759193194) and an AVR programmer. You could try header pins or wire, but it will be difficult to make contact with all 6 pads simultaneously.
I printed this at .16 layer height with 1 shell and using perimeter for thin walls in Simpliyfy 3D on a Replicator 1. This was a difficult print on my printer. You may need to enlarge the holes slightly and use super glue on the back side only. Glue a rod, pencil, or something to press the programmer onto the ATMEGA chip firmly.
See my Youtube video for a demonstration of how to program your ESC.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6gfSp8RyV4https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WQfVI8v7aw
