Equalizer: Defence system .

The idea of a self defence weapon that only works in state of fear is something I would like to put up for discussion. As I live in the Netherlands, and it's illegal to own weapons at all, I'm trying to come up with a solution. Please let me know what you think. The taser function in the weapon only works if the fingerprint/body function reader detects the sense of fear in the user. This is done by heart rate, temperature, etc. #alarm #defence #pepperspray #taser #weapon
