Engineer PA-09 Crimp Terminal Support
Use this to avoid bending the Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 terminal, during crimping of the bare wire. It will then be much easier to crimp over the insulation.
This was made for the Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 terminals:
430300007 Micro-Fit 3.0 Crimp Terminal, Female, 20-24 AWG
430310007 Micro-Fit 3.0 Crimp Terminal, Male, 20-24 AWG
How to use (see pictures):
Mount the crimp terminal support on your PA-09, under the 1.6 slot. it slides on from the front.
Crimp the bare wire using the 1.6 slot, press firmly!
Crimp the insulation using the 1.9 slot, press lightly!
There is also a PDF drawing of the Crimp Terminal Support. Then you can draw one yourself, if you need to modify it
