If you, like me, didn't print and assemble the crankshaft the perfect way, chances are you will experience a lot of resistance when turning it(and no way a small DC motor can drive it). This attachment allows you to break in the engine with a drill.
Simply attach a drill to it and give it a good 30 seconds to 1 minute run. The PLA parts will heat up quickly and smooth out all the friction points(you will know it when you starts to smell some unpleasant smell). Of course you will need to be able to turn it by hand in order to apply this mod.
The hex end is created by heating up a 12mm nut bit set and press it in. Having fun 3d printing
