I noticed that when using the original knob from s_vayner I kept trying to use my fingertip to spin the knob faster. Adding a fingertip cup made this design perfect for me. I also doubled the length of the threads (so this design may not work with all of the Z-Axis leadscrew support designs out there - but works great with the one from man from earth).
I also added the Z-Axis motor mount with shim from Ross K and now both of my Ender 3s travel effortlessly throughout the full range of Z-Axis without binding.
