Since there are very few Pi4b Cases out there specifically designed to be attached to the Ender series printers, I decided to tackle it myself!
I designed this while only having a few weeks experience with Fusion360 so the model could be a little better. I'll likely revisit this model at a later date with a redesign when I have a bit more experience.
To assemble the case, you'll need 4 M2.5x14 pan head screws, they screw in from the bottom into the top. Mount holes are designed to be exactly 2.5mm, my printer tends to undersize holes by the smallest amount so I'm abusing this to let the screws self tap, other users who have printed the model confirmed it worked for them as well.
The fan mount was designed using these fans: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G97L9TL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I believe this is a fairly standard size for cooling any number of different pi models. If you want to do a remix or request different mounting options, let me know!
Once the case is assembled, the entire thing can slot into any available v-slot along the Ender's aluminum extrusion. This will work for any printer which has a similar extrusion profile, if you get it working for your non-Ender printer, let me know and I can get a compatibility list going.
