I wanted the display to be flush mounted when not in use and pulled out when I need it.
Choosing this existing Ender 3 & Ender 3 Pro - Minimalist LCD PCB Case
by jckz82 was a great start.
I have redesigned this for my needs so I have removed the ability to click in the board so you will need your original LCD board screws.
I also added the USB holder and the Micro SD extended reader to this case.
I made a cabinet for my Ender 3 Pro, I am sure you have seen a lot of them and my one is based on the Prusa but extended for my Ender 3 see link below for all the parts I printed and used.
I wanted it both ways, using original Ender parts and not cutting any cables etc. This way I could revert back to a stand alone printer if I ever wanted to. To do this I needed to design and redesign items a few items.

LCD DISPLAY (Remix) - Tucked away and flush with Ikea table when not using it but easy to pull out and lock in position when needed, also contains the extended Micro SD reader with a USB holder. See below steps.
HEAT BED CABLE - I came across the issue that the heat bed is too deep without modifying, so I used the 90 degree heat bed cable print, see link below.
