Hello guys!
I designed this simple enclousure for Noctua 40x20 fan to use it on my Ender 3 printer. I added a BL-Touch mount I found on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2493610).
Everything prints out as one piece.
I printed it out with 100% infill, 0.15mm layer height, supports and brim. For the print I positioned with fan guard facing down on the print bed. It took me about 5 hours to print it out.
I hot-glued the Noctua fan on the enclosure because of the simplicity.
Use the original screws to mount the enclousure and the part cooling fan.
To power the Noctua fan you will need 12V (assuming you have 12V one). The default Creality fans run on 24V so you will need step-down converter in order to power your Noctua fan. I used this converter from aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32833398745.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dyRFd3C and it works perfectly (and it is really small)!
