This is a remix of an encoder knob. The original knob had an issue printing the top layer of the knob. The center would sink in instead of printing flat. This remix has a slight curve to avoid this issue. This knob is made to fit the D shape shaft of the Reprap full size smart graphics controller 12864. I had to experiment with the infill. A high percentage of infill was covering the D shaped opening. It seems like an infill between 1 & 10% was fine but higher blocked the opening. In Matter Control version 1.7.5, the Slic3r engine was able to print it correctly. Different plastics have a shrinkage issues. I had to scale it up to 1.4 times the original size for it to fit with a 0.5% infill.
