EMMA

Is a fully functional miniature 'Biomimetic Android', standing at 350mm tall. it is designed to be able to move as well as a human being, with athletic prowess. the central MPU/GPU (computer) is still in need of software and hardware development but physically the body is fully designed.

The model uploaded with the screenshots is the most recent consideration for the central part of an established computer system, The 32Bit AM3358BZCZ100 IC MPU SITRA CORTEX A8 1GHz 324BGA, (located within the central cranial section of EMMA's head.

It has a rather complicated and very smart Power system consisting of...

At 100% efficiency 27V 80mA Pentacontakaitetragonal Stable Series Solar Cell Network (54 x 0.5v 80mA cells, capable of generating 7776J per hour surrounded by sunlight)
[27v x 0.08A =2.16W __ 2.16W x 3600'Sec>Hrs.’ = 7776Wh] 7776J(in an hour)

At 50% efficiency (sunlight on one side 'OR' ambient day light)
[13.5V x 80mA = 1.08W__ x 3600'Sec>Hrs.’ = 3888Wh] 3888J(in an hour)

At 70% efficiency (sunlight on one side and Refractive surrounding light converted by cells not in direct sunlight)
[18.9V x 80mA = 1.512W__ x 3600'Sec>Hrs.’ = 5443.2Wh] 5443.2J(in an hour) (most likely day time scenario)

21312Jh Quadristable series Li-ion battery system (4x 3.7v 400mAh in parallel = 5.92W, 5.92 x 3600 'Sec>Hrs.’ = 21312Wh) + 1089J 3.3V 200F super capacitor boost system in parallel with the load.

Total operational time at full locomotive potential (running/moving as quickly as possible using 100% of its capability), 162.6mins (2hrs 42.6mins) exerting for 16.56sec and resting for 294.32sec, if EMMA receives a constant average solar charge of 70% efficiency.

Nature of Power System and its Function

The system functions as a constant deplete and recharge chain, where it will run off one cell until depleted while the others charge though a switching pulse to maximise cell efficiency and running time, in effect creating a system that does not require external charge but is still able to accept an external source though its Epsilon terminals.

The system can accumulate sounding Electro Magnetic energy though its solar cell network (Photonic driven EMF synthesis) some high frequency infrared and visible light from 750nm >400nm to some low frequency ultraviolet Energy can be absorbed and converted to EMF to charge its Li-ion cells or even run the Load in total Li-ion cell failure [although, for monocystaline silicon solar cells the frequency of Red-Orange light will provide the most efficient conversion of energy].

In the event that all Li-ion cells are nonfunctional the system will switch to 'Lambda' mode and the Pentacontakaitetragonal Stable Series Solar Cell Network that is converting the energy from quantum photon collisions into EMF, will power EMMA directly from the ambient light it can absorb, until the Li-ion cells can be replaced.

Also if a solar cell were to be damaged at any point in the Pentacontakaitetragonal series, that cell can be bypassed from the MOSFET Array within EMMA, as to not interrupt the flow of energy. (The solar cell can be easily replaced)

In the unlikely event that all Li-ion Cells are nonfunctional and EMMA is immersed in total Darkness, the USB C port interface will accept a voltage to keep the load running, by-passing all Li-ion Cells and the Pentacontakaitetragonal Stable Series Solar Skin until Li-ion Cells are replaced or EMMA is in sufficient Levels of Light.

A system such as this will always be able to absorb ambient energy to power its load. After prolonged running time the Li-ion cells will need replacing after their charge and discharge limits are reached. The capacitance bank will need replacing after its charge and discharge limits are reached also (this will be far more than the lives of the Li-ion cells).
