To use with a drill for cardboard bobbins meant for managing/storing/using embroidery floss. Makes the task of winding the embroidery thread onto the cards a whole lot faster and less fussy than by hand or the little crank they sell at craft stores.
If the peg is loose you can increase the scale of the peg by 2-5% for a tighter fit, the peg has a slight taper to better get a snug fit. Tho personally I wrapped a single band of tape around the shaft of the peg and found that to be good firm fit.
