This is a model of a classic modernist apartment building in Brighton, UK. Designed by architect Mills Coates, it was completed in 1935. By the 1960s it had begun to fall into disrepair, and continued to do so until it was considered for demolition. However, by 2006 a £4.6m restoration program had been completed to bring this iconic building back to its former glory.
