I made this because I feel there is a billion Spartan armors but no elite stuff. So here, your given Birdman's awesome Elite head, and some Combat Head Plate. I have supplied you with these pictures of the unlockable Elite Permutations in Halo 3. If someone could try to make some, they have my thanks!
