The element called Oganesson has 118 protons. The mass number A is 294. So there are 294 neutrons and protons in Og. One picture shows the assembly mid point. It decays quickly in 1 second to half of its local abundance.
To understand why I have confidence that this is the correct description of nuclear structure, please read my paper in the March, 2019 issue of The Journal of Nuclear Physics.

The cube-3 of iron is stable because it has a baryon at its center.
Baryons are neutrons and protons.
The cube-4 of Oganesson is unstable because it has a void at its core.
The cube-2 is stable for carbon even though it has a void at its center.
Cube-2 is stable because it only has one layer of baryons above the center.
All elements are now understood, so chemistry can benefit, next.
