Get 40mm cooling fan with small round motor board, which is capable of running on two 2032 coin cells.
Remove the fan frame and the blades. Spinner frame is made for a fan with 25mm motor board diameter.
Remove a stopper ring that holds the fan axis under the sticker.
Arrange wires and coin cells, solder a small 4x9mm switch. Use hot glue gun to secure the motor and the switch. it would be good to glue couple of bolts near the switch to balance the coin cells mass.
Fasten frame halves with three 2x6mm screws.
Put caps. Glue the top cap, widen or deepen the hole in the bottom cap if necessary.
Spinner frame prints better upside down for me.
