I made this for my mom.
Both the bottom and the middle parts can be printing upside down, as in their flat tops are faced downwards. The top part can be printed in standing up.
No supports are needed. I used .2mm layer height and 20% infill.
I printed it at 50% scale.
i uploaded a tower as a single file. The only diff between it and the broken tower is that the broken tower is hollow inside. You could always slice the single file into sections if you like the inside details
