Eggsactly™ is a game of precise observation developed by my 9-year-old daughter, Lane. For 2-12 players, begin with the same number of eggs and charms. Without their opponents looking, each player places a number of charms on the interior posts of the eggs, then closes up their egg.
Each player gets a chance to record the number of charms in each egg. After everyone has had their chance to record their totals, the eggs are opened and the actual amount is compared to the estimate. The person with the lowest total difference for all eggs wins the round.
Note: you don't have to use all of your charms, just make sure that you have a piece of paper or card to hide your unused charms from your opponents as you don't want to give them an advantage!
This project is one of many "untrashables" - a collaboration with my 9-year-old daughter. We took a piece of household trash, in this case an egg carton and, using 3D printed pieces, came up with something fun and/or useful. For more information on untrashables click here.
Also, Eggsactly contains small parts, so you probably don't want to play with your smaller friends.BlogFacebookTwitter
