I made some changes to this- https://grabcad.com/library/3d-printed-penumatic-hub-for-electric-skateboard-1
Parameters may have persisted in the .f3d file to change pulley tooth number... but no guarantees. This is a 55T hub. Fits perfect on the TB 218 hangar... accepts 3x zealous style bearings with built in spacers on the pulley hubs, and 2x on wheels without pulleys. Might require a single speed ring as spacer between pulley bearing and two bearings on main hub to be able to torque down the wheel nut with free spin.
Changes include, 3x bearings for pulley hubs to reduce wear and tear on bearings... thicker rims for less bowing, altered press fit rings to include some tollerance for 3d printing and shrinkage for materials like nylon so rims are not a hard press fit but hold spot and tires can move freely all the way to rims unencumbered, rim radius increased by 1mm for additional tire support.
I use M4 bolts, as I couldn't find long enough m5 bolts locally. so, the nut recesses on the pulley are pointless for me, I just use the pan head inside there, and m4 nuts/flat washers everywhere else. see pics.
Thanks ptowncruiser for the original design. For me, printed with PETG cores and pulley with 6x nylon rims, these work great with minimal wobble.
