The EasyExDrive is a drivebase concept for the FIRST Robotics Competition based on 30mm and 20mm extrusion and can accept any 6'' wheel with an 1/2'' hex bore.
Features a bumper mounting rail/handle, easy machinability and modularity.
Would have been used by FRC Team 6929 Cuivre & Or in the 2020 season Infinite Recharge if the season had not been stopped so abruptly.
Uses 3/16" aluminium plate (polycarb could also be used in some instances) and M5, M6, M8 and 10-32 fasteners.
This is only one part of what would be the whole base, but it's the base concept.
V2 - Removed harder to manufacture features to make prototyping easier.
