An earring back. I have an earring with an unusual post gauge that I have never been able to find a replacement back for.
Your printer may not be able to print the hole. A hot needle can be pressed through to make a hole.
When printed with PLA, the back worked well but began to loosen by the end of the day. May work a bit better with a different material.
