Printed in Taulman 645 Nylon at 10% infill seems rigid enough to do the job. Just wanted something that fit my RepRap Guru Prusa i3 based kit, span between the rails was 45mm, span between the belt coming in and going out was 15mm. Would have been good to make the gap where the belts wrap around the back slightly wider to make it easier to get the belts into there but just trimmed off some of the plastic with an exacto knife on my actual print and that worked fine.
Uses 2 M4 screws and nuts, 30mm in length or longer.
Update
Added a Version 2 that includes parts for having a part cooling fan.
