J'ai retravaillé le châssis X original pour le rendre plus léger, adapté un tendeur de courroie, créé une pièce pour fixer le Bltouch et finalement dessiné une dernière pièce afin de mettre un ventilateur de 40mm pour le refroidisseur du hotend (celui d'origine est bien trop bruyant).
Les dessins ne sont pas parfaits j'ai du faire quelques adaptations et vu le temps que j'ai passé dessus je préfère les donner dans la description pour que vous les appliquiez, je mettrais à jour les STL plus tard.
Support Bltouch: Il faudra surement légèrement découper au cutter la partie qui rentre dans le support de roulement, rien de grave. J'ai du rajouter 1 écrou intermédiaire pour voir une hauteur convenable.
Hotend: Le souffleur du hotend a été imprimé en ABS et collé à l'acétone au support ventilateur 30mm de Neo_Usagi. Pour que le souffleur soit bien étanche j'ai fait de jus d'ABS très épais pour combler tout ça.
I worked again the frame X original to make it lighter, adapted a belt holder, created one part to fix Bltouch and finally drawn a last part to put a 40mm fan for hotend (the original is too noisy).
Drawings are not perfected I have of to make some adaptations and seen the time which I spent I prefer to give them in the description so that you applied them, I'll update the STL later.
Bltouch support: it will be necessary to cut certainly the part which goes into the bearing housing, nothing serious. I have of to add 1 intermediate nut to see a suitable height.
Hotend: The hotend blower was printed in ABS and stick with the acetone with the Neo_Usagi hotend 30mm fan stl. I made juice of ABS to fill all this and make it sealed.
