Changed to one part for BTLs and a 40mm fan for quick changig the whole hotend for differenz nozzle sizes etc.

Hello there,
i mixed the hotend holder for fitting the ender 4 mounting plate because it is a bit different to the other ender versions (2 and 10).
I removed some material for a perfect fit and designed variable BTLs for the israel unitedpro 3510 fans. Also this version is for a 40mm fan and not the stock cooler from E3D! If you want to use the 30mm version have a look at the Heavy Duty colletion.
Think about the temperatures on this parts to choose the right material for this print!!! (I dont recommend PLA etc.)
