E3D V6 Carriage for Folgertech FT-5 R2 by FredFlinstone5

An easy to print carriage with integrated fan duct for the Folgertech FT-5 R2 and the E3D V6 hotend with bowden. Includes an optional mount for a BLTouch. There is a small hole at the top for mounting an RJ-45 breakout with a single screw. The heatsink fan mounts in the rear so you can look at the heatsink for a cleaner look.
Includes an integrated fan duct for a 50mm blower.
Only 5 parts. Carriage front and back, the clip to secure the V6, and then the BLTouch mount with a square washer. Designing mounts for various different z-probes should be rather easy. Just modify the BLTouch mount.
All components should be able to be printed either without supports or in the case of the front mount with supports from the build platform only.
Recommend checking tolerances of the v6 mount by printing the clip first and adjusting as necessary for it and the carriage front.
Printed mine at .2 layer height for looks, but .3 worked as well during prototyping.
If using the BLtouch mount, recommend sanding (roughing up) the back of the carriage a bit where the washer hits so it grips better.
Included a printable setup guide for getting the height of the bltouch correct. Just put the probe in the hole and lower the head till the nozzle touches the flat part.
Update: Added CarriageFrontDuctMinus2mm.stl which lowers the fan ducts 2mm for those using a silicone sock on their heater block. Untested.
