I searched for a 50mm fan duct and found the version from VeryEvilBetty ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:860872 ). But this and many other fan duct designs have a design flaw. The Airflow is... bullshit. So I decided to remix the design an make it much much better. The airflow is so strong, I can reduce the fan speed to a lower level. The result is much less noise and the temperature of the part from the hotend that has to be cooled is also lower.
I added on the fan only 1mm holes for the screws. You can drill it out to the size you need for your screws.
The small notch should be on the top side. It prevents the fan duct to sliding down.

The easiest way to lower the fan speed is a step-down module (no affiliate, sponsor or something else): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/mini-DC-DC-Converter-Step-Down-buck-Power-Supply-Module-for-Flight-Control-Car/1879418345.html <-- use some heat shrinking tube to isolate the step-down converter
EDIT: Changed the design of the screw holes. There are now two versions. One with 2.4mm holes (40x40) and one for M3 screws and M3 nuts (40x40)
