I noticed two flaws in the original design:
It leaks air directly to the heating block and does not hold against the lower end of the heatsink allowing it to come loose and get askew.
I fixed both by "dragging" the airflow-divider towards the top (cutting the fan duct into slices and rearranging them in tinkercad). As I don't need the hole in the top I added a Version without it.
The Mesh seems a bit messy around the rejoint sections but it's on such a small scale that the slicer should ignore it (slic3r GCode looked fine...). I also checked that it's manifold and does not have any gaps.
edit 05.11.17:
Added fan duct for E3D v5 hotend (commonly referred to as "chinese clone") with bigger diameter and height.
the "..._v5_new.stl" schould fit right, the other one has slightly too small gaps for the fins of the heatsink in my case (used the exact dimension of 1.20mm thickness but my printer cant handle small gaps or holes too well...). The new one has 1.50mm gaps and should work fine for eveyone, but if it should be too loose try the other one.
The v5 one also has sloped edges to prevent it catching on warping edges at extreme overhangs. If you want the v5 one with these too just ask :)
Apart from that I changed two of the screw holes to be countered with a nut as 2 screws are enough to fasten it securely and now you can choose what type of screws to use. (tbh I just was too lazy to add that "pipe" behind the holes where these plastic screws can bite into...)
It looks even messier than the v6 one as I used tinkercad again and had to do pretty much rescaling and aligning, but te only effectively visible flaw is an indentation on the side... didn't bug me enough to fix it ;). Again printed fine in my case.
I used these drawings for getting the right dimensions when remixing:https://wiki.e3d-online.com/images/7/7d/DRAWING-V5-SINK.jpghttps://wiki.e3d-online.com/images/0/0a/DRAWING-V6-175-SINK.png
btw I'm using both v5 and v6 right now and didn't have any problems like clogging etc.
