E3D Titan extruder mount for Solidoodle by AZERATE

This is an adapter for the new E3D Titan extruder for Solidoodle printers. I can only confirm that this works for Lawsy's carriage mod. All you need in addition is a M3x12mm socket cap screw to trigger the endstop.
The "arms" face the motor and the flat side mounts to the Titan.
EDIT: This will work for stock Solidoodle 2/3 carriages as well as Lawsy's carriages. The stock SD4 will not need an adapter from what I understand.
