A tip of the hat to E3D for that awesome extruder and a wag with the finger for not releasing either extruder mounts for all platforms or the necessary means to do so, eg. a cad model or dimensions apart from extruder to axis distance...
If you don't want Chinese knock-offs, this would the wrong way.
So here you go, I did some of E3D's work and provided you with a starting point for your own designs.
