E3D Chimera Hotend Adaptor for CraftBot by 3DForms

I've decided to try the new E3D Chimera hotend on my CraftBot.
This is still work in progress, but so far test prints of sitting fox by PHYSICS_DUDE (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:166984) and Aria The Dragon by loubie (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:600550) seemed to print well.
Update 2017-01-26: I have changed to use Bart's custom E3D all metal hotend instead for quite some time. It works great. https://craftunique.com/forums/view-thread/1434
