Free up your Dyson V8!
This is a universal adapter for the Dyson V8 which allows the use of non Dyson nozzles.
I have added already some versions and included also the FreeCAD file which gives you the total freedom to create your own nozzles and adapters.
Included STL files:
Dyson_V7_V8_V10_universal_adapter_40outer_34inner.stl:
You can mount nozzles with an outside diameter of 34mm inside the adapter.
You can mount nozzles with a inside diameter of 40mm outside the adapter.
You can therefore reuse some existing universal nozzles like the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2012036 printed with a scale of 96% to fit inside the adapter
you can configure your own nozzle starting with: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571860; example for a configured nozzle with a very slim tip: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2930872
